Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the domestic region.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@elegancesleep.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship to addresses within the domestic region. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Elegance Sleep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
